The Fabric coating machine is designed in accordance with special requiremets of film coating bag in ton. The set consists of translational swing type plastic extruder, let off, tension bridle, laminating machine, takein machine and electric control cabinet.

Specail designed barrel screw with big ratio of length to diameter,good plastify property,high output.High precision and adjustable clothes rack type alloy steel die. The double working positions let off adapts tensile controlling and rectifies a deviation automatically. The increased tension device can spread the cloth level both sides. The on off between rolls adapts pneumatic control.
