WY-PME-80 PP Monofilament line is designed and manufactured by introducing and absorbing foreign advanced techniques, and by improving domestic equipment inadequacies. It is suitable for forming ,and rolling various flat yam of thermoplastic plastics, such as the polypropylene, high density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene,etc.
The unit consists of the plastic extruder, filter, spinneret plate, cooling water tank,traction unit,stretching hot water tank, stretching unit,fixing oven,embossing device and electrical control cabinet.
