Characteristics:
1.New plane cam: high-efficiency/ energy-saving/ low consumption.
The new plane cam structure is adopted, and the traditional slider friction transmission structure is changed into roll transmission structure without oil lubrication. It reduces the friction coefficient of the machine, and reduces the transmission load of the machine to the greatest extent. The cam reduces energy consumption and reduces mechanical noise, so that the machine is efficient and high-speed operation.
2.The shuttle is rolled without lubrication and is pollution reduction.
New shuttle structure: the bottom of the shuttle adopts shuttle wheel structure, which reduces the friction between the shuttle and the button door. The swing bar brake device is used in the shuttle. The tension of the weft is adjusted automatically according to the tension of the yarn and the speed of the machine.
3.High precision automatic tension control of warp provides a good condition for high quality cloth.
The uniformity of warp tension during weaving is ensured by multi-segment warp tension control.
1) Vertical creel warp tension control (optional: electronic warp breakage monitor).
2) The weighing system controls the active let-off speed.
3) Jump bar tension device.
4.Advanced weft breaking and finishing monitoring system.
The tension of weft yarn can be controlled to the greatest extent by reasonable shuttle structure. The structure of double detectors is used to detect weft breakage and weft completion efficiently by induction between yarn tube and support rod. Any response from a detection point will be timely feedback to the host and then shutdown.
Man-machine interface operation: powerful, centralized control, convenient operation.
5.Fabric surface quality is higher: the lifting transmission mechanism is frequency conversion motor lifting and structure, and thus weft density control is flexible, convenient for a low defect rate. Through the PLC program control, the operation ratio of the lifting motor and the main motor can be matched reasonably, and the sparse and dense situation in the ordinary switching process can be reduced, which effectively improve fabric quality. The standard hoisting motor of this main engine is inverter motor. Servo motor can also be selected according to customer needs.
6.Wide range of weaving: the flat width can basically cover all bags that the existing market normally needs.
7.High shuttle pix rate: the shuttle pix rate and output are 120% of the normal six shuttle looms in the market. The best speed of the machine is 183RPM. The highest number of shuttle pix can reach to 1098 times. And thus it results to a high yield.
