The diameter of the warp yarn is changed from 12CM to 14CM, which reduces the frequency of yarn changing, reduces labor intensity of workers, and increases output.
Cam: From the original hyperbolic small cam, the slider needs to be lubricated by oil, and the cloth surface is secondly contaminated. Now it is changed to a flat cam to roll with polyurethane wheels. The driving power is small, the speed is fast, the noise is reduced, the production capacity is increased, and the operation is stable.
Transmission part: The original motor drives the reducer, which has large power and large loss. Now it is changed to a motor driven belt-reel type, which has low power, low loss and easy drive.
Man-machine interface operation: the main motor, hoisting and let-off motors are controlled by frequency conversion, and the advanced man-machine interface makes the operation easier.
Electrical control system: Multi-frequency conversion control system, the main engine, let-off, hoisting, and winding are all controlled by frequency conversion, with high precision, stable motor operation and energy saving.
Lifting device: Imported nitrile rubber is in perfect contact with hard chrome knurled roller, precise mechanical angle design, high-precision brand encoder, precise signal transmission, frequency conversion control, making the drive more stable and more energy-saving.
Shuttle: Using high-strength aviation alloy material, wear resistance and operational stability are greatly increased.
Oil dripping method: electronic precise dripping, running synchronously with the main engine, to achieve just the right lubrication, reduce waste and ensure cleanliness.
Weft tension system: to ensure that the weft tension is more uniform, so that the weft strength of the cloth surface is greater, and the weft wire tube is larger. The weft tension system ensures the uniform output of the large and small bobbin tensions, the width control is accurate, the weft strength is consistent, and the cloth surface is uniform and smooth.
The jumping rod clamp adopts an integrated type, the jumping rod is even, and the tension of the warp yarn is controlled more evenly.
Separation drum: adopts multi-layer distribution, changing from the original single to the current multi-angle distribution, and the angle of entering the main machine is reasonably distributed, so that the tension of the warp to each jumper is more even.
Let-off device: The original voltage regulator is changed to frequency conversion control, the speed of the let-off motor is uniform, the wire feeding is uniform, and the tension is better.
Warp finishing device: to ensure that the warp thread breaks or alarms in advance before it is used up to avoid long broken ends and reduce the rate of defective fabrics.
Warp tension control: The large bobbin has inertial buffering to ensure that the warp tension is evenly fed to the host.
Brown silk brown belt structure: the brown belt made of high-strength, high-toughness materials, combined with brown silk, runs smoothly and has low noise. The angle is reasonable and the distribution is even, which greatly reduces the friction between the brown yarn and the warp yarn and reduces dust.
End-of-weft detection:
Weft break: Bluetooth signal transmission control.
Finished weft: The weft tube is detected by Bluetooth. Once the weft is almost used up, it will stop automatically to reduce the generation of defective products.
