1, just like no-load operation, turn on the power switch, close the electrical box door, press the latitude and longitude control circuit, and turn the manual roll switch to the "linkage" position.
2, check whether there is any foreign matter in the loom, and press the "jog" switch intermittently to observe whether the shuttle boat runs smoothly, whether the weft on the shuttle boat is correctly inserted into the fabric, whether there are obstacles, and whether the sound of the loom is normal.
3. Observe whether the position of the plunger is correct, and readjust if it is incorrect.
Four. Under all normal conditions of "jogging" operation, you can press the "linkage" switch, and the circular loom will enter the normal working state.
5. During normal use, the working condition of the oil pump should be observed at any time. If there is any abnormality, it should be shut down for maintenance in time and pay attention to safety to prevent accidents.
6. Due to the fast weaving speed of the machine, the weft yarn needs to be replaced frequently. In order to reduce the number of downtimes and improve production efficiency, try to replace the weft at the same time (replace 8 yarns at a time), which requires that the diameter of the weft is basically the same, so that after one weft is used up, there are fewer yarns remaining, reducing waste .
7. The warp and weft control system should be sensitive and reliable to ensure that it can be shut down quickly when there is a broken warp, weft, or weft. If there is an abnormality, it should be shut down for maintenance in time.
