1. The cutter blade is a double-sided blade and has four pieces, which are distributed in four equal parts around the circle. The blades can be replaced. The specific operation is: loosen the Phillips screw (four screws on each piece), and remove the blade pressure plate and sampling blade. , Replace with a new blade, press on the blade pressure plate, pay attention to make the blade edge clockwise tangential, and make the four blade edges on the same plane, and then tighten the Phillips screws.
2. The bottom of the instrument has a straight line notch, which is used to fix the sample, which is convenient for cutting and prevents the sample from slipping.
Note for disc sampler:
1. The blade of this instrument is sharp. Don't put your hands on the bottom during use to avoid damage.
2. The sample cutting of the instrument should be carried out on a rubber pad, and the instrument should be wiped clean when not in use, and placed in the instrument box to avoid damage.
